Health & Physical Education

Welcome to the department of Health and Physical Education, where we live by the mantra that “Your Body is the Temple of God”.  This department's primary purpose is to integrate faith with learning. We seek to accomplish this goal by exposing the student to physical, mental, social, emotional, and most importantly, the spiritual components of health and exercise science.
