QEP2 SUB-COMMITTEE EXPECTATIONS

Review QEP Guidelines and be knowledgeable of area.
Schedule and conduct regular meetings and record Minutes.
Develop QEP for areas of concentration in timelines (sub-committees).
Prepare and submit regular progress reports of QEP concentration areas to the QEP2 Committee.
Prepare recommendations and final QEP Section Report to QEP2 Committee by targeted timelines.
Participate in overall development and completion of QEP.
