Records
The official Oakwood University transcript includes both the undergraduate and graduate record. All transcripts come in individually sealed envelopes, unless otherwise specified. Transcript requests are not processed if the student has an outstanding obligation, financial or otherwise. We cannot accept phone, or email requests. Official transcripts cannot be faxed under any circumstances.

There are three ways to order an official transcript from Oakwood University:
For the fastest service, Oakwood University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse
to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts with this service using any major credit card.
To order an official transcript(s), login to the Clearinghouse secure site

The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
Your signed consent is required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated for your order that you can return to the National Student Clearinghouse via fax, mail or as a scanned email attachment.
Order updates will be emailed to you to notify you when we have received and processed your order. You can also check order status or history online. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

If you need any attachments sent along with your transcript, please note that in the special instructions box you’ll find during the ordering process. Then, fax or mail the attachment to The Records Office and indicate that it should be included with your transcript order.
If you do not have a credit card, you can use the Transcript Request Form to place your order. We must receive a signed request from the student in order to release a transcript. The Transcript Request Form must be mailed to the Records Office with the appropriate fees. Please note that this process will take longer (7-10 days) and the cost is $5.00 (cashier check or money order) per transcript ordered. The Records Office is unable to accept cash under any circumstances.

The spring 2012 semester is well underway. Your classes were dropped Tuesday, January 17,2012 because you did not financially clear. If you classes were reinstated and you financially cleared, please ignore this message.
If your classes were dropped and you have not financially cleared, you have until Wednesday, January 25th, 2012 to re-enter your classes and financially clear. You must meet the 70% requirement before your classes are re-instated. Please check MyOakwood under the course and fee statement section to see your financial clearance status. If you have not attended your classes up to this point, you must have a signature from your advisor and each professor on the Late Registration Form before your classes are re-instated.
