How to Contact Us:
Frequent calls or e-mails regarding the receipt of a form can delay awards for you and others. If you send a form to us, please give us a week before inquiring. If you have a question about whether a form is received or verification, please contact the administrative staff. Forms are dated as they arrive but during peak periods it can take as long as a week before they are entered in the computer system.
Mail requested documentation to the Financial Aid Office at:
Financial Aid Office
7000 Adventist Boulevard NW
Huntsville, AL 35896
We treat faxes just like mail; they are gathered twice a day and placed with mail for sorting to be entered into the system. Completing our forms on-line, printing, and signing is the best way to have a readable form. If you fax us a form, please make sure the right side is up. After faxing students often have a confirmation that the fax was received at our fax machine but we have an unreadable document. Each day there are blank documents on the fax machine from the blank side of documents faxed to us as well as unreadable faxes.
