| Adult Continuing Education Program (LEAP) LEAP students who qualify for participation in the TUITION AMNESTY PLAN are not entitled to receive a student refund until baccalaureate degree completion. |
| Refunds can only be requested when there is a credit balance on the account. NO EXCEPTIONS! Requests are to be made and submitted no later than Friday at 11:00 A.M. |

The Student Account’s office receives, and receipts all University revenue. We provide timely and accurate statements while adhering to federal guidelines. We are committed to quality customer service to students, parents, administration, faculty and staff. We support the institution by ensuring that outstanding accounts are liquidated efficiently.

Refund Information
Until you have a refundable credit balance on your account, you will not receive the refund you have requested. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The Student Accounts Office is here to serve you. In order to expedite your requests, you must present your ID card and know your ID number.
INSTITUTIONAL FUNDS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN CASH (Work Study funds, Academic Grants/Scholarships, Subsidies). REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED DURING REGISTRATION.
