Currently a student statement is sent every other month to students currently enrolled. (subject to change). You will be responsible for the amount outstanding on the student account even if you indicated you have received no statement. You may review your statement on line anytime, anywhere at MYOakwood. Financial Clearance Instructions:Scroll down to the Immediate Amount Due (This is the amount you need to financially clear)If the immediate amount due is zero you will be automatically cleared. However if you have not paid in full the remaining amount must be paid via a monthly payment plan with TMS-1-888-285-3052, or email address, afford.com, or Oakwood University Payment Plan email firstname.lastname@example.org.If you chose to pay on line, go to make a payment. Pay at least the minimum amount due or greater in the box at the top and then click submit. You will be automatically cleared. If you chose not to make a payment on line at https://my.oakwood.edu/ICS, call the cashier - (256) 726-8429 or call the automated telephone - (256) 726-7791. WE WILL CLEAR YOU.If you have documentation that at least covers the immediate amount due, then fax your document (eg. conference subsidy letter) to the Student Account Office, (256) 726-7133. The conference/tuition subsidy document must be on organization letterhead. WE WILL CLEAR YOU.**'My Account Balance' will show you the amount that you owe Oakwood University or the amount Oakwood University owes you on the grand total line. If you click on a previous balance (amount in blue), you will see the details of all credits and charges.***'The Course and Fee Statement' is the estimated bill and is used for registration purposes. Once registration is closed, go to My Account Balance.REMEMBER: You must be financially cleared to attend class. You must inform the Registrar's Office and Student Accounts if you do not plan to return for the semester you entered classes.***You must have a user ID and password to access MyOakwood. First time students are sent that information. Follow the instructions on-line regarding your ID and password.
