NATS Winners and Finalists 2009 Regional Competition

Congratulations to the Oakwood Department of Music, for its Finalist and Winners in the 2009 National Association of Teachers of Singing Regional Competition. Required repertoire included music from the Baroque through the Post- Modern musical period.  We are told that several of our students were freshmen and had never participated in a competition like this before.  Out of the 11 participants from Oakwood University, there were 6 finalists and 3 winners.
