Oakwood University to Host Wealth Creation/Preservation Seminar

Oakwood University will present a four-hour teaching seminar on the subject of finances, on Sunday, February 28 at 1:00 p.m. in the Oakwood University Church.  This seminar is different because the presenters are committed Christians, and Biblical principles of finance will be shared.

Paul S. Damazo, nationally renowned personal finance consultant, and David A. Roth, wealth management, estate and charitable planning consultant, will be presenting a city-wide seminar on creating wealth. Damazo, an energetic, articulate Christian philanthropist, has effectively shared with thousands of people all over the nation how to succeed in a very difficult financial environment — and do it “God’s way.”  His book, 80 Proven Ways to Become a Millionaire—All You Need is Two or Three! has won two national awards on personal finance.  He is frequently interviewed on financial radio programs nationwide.

David Roth is a highly respected wealth manager for high net worth families.  He has built a successful practice by implementing time-tested Biblical financial principles with his clients, along with sound investment and estate planning advice.  Currently he spends much of his time consulting charitable organizations around the globe.

The Bible addresses the subject of finances 3.6 times more than any other subject, but personal finances are generally not taught in churches or at any level in the educational system. Our current economy has literally brought people “to their knees” seeking divine help to keep financially solvent.
