College Days 2001
College Days at OC is always a positive experience, and the fall 2001 version set new standards. It is not too many colleges or universities that can host more than 700 academy and high school seniors, and possible transfer students, with so much good feelings and so few problems. The annual College Days is an "open house" for the college, a chance to see what we are about, and an opportunity for us to convince young people that they can get a great start on their futures right here at the Oaks.
The Enrollment Management team, headed by Fred "Mr. P" Pullins, successfully combined fun, fellowship, information, and inspiration to construct an appealing three days that will result in many OC freshmen next fall, and many young lives reserved for God's service. We are thankful for the hundreds of young people and their chaperons, who came from across the U.S.A., Canada, Bermuda, and even England. We are especially thankful that in these difficult times they were willing to travel and that the Lord granted all a safe trip here and to their homes. Many will be part of the OC freshman class of 2002.
