Oakwood Academy Holds Graduation

On May 19, 20, 2001, the Oakwood Academy held its annual Commencement. The Baccalaureate took place Sabbath in the Oakwood College Church, and Elder William Smith was the speaker for a deeply spiritual service of commitment.

Commencement for the graduating class of 30 took place Sunday at 10:00 in the Ashby Auditorium. Pastor Roger Bernard, associate youth director of the Southwest Region Conference, was the speaker.

Congratulations to OA principal Ellen Bagley and her staff for another great year, and congratulations, class of 2001. We hope you will all be part of the fall OC freshman class, but our best wishes to you wherever you find yourselves next year.
