First Aid Survival Kit

A basic first aid kit should include but not be limited to the following:

• Band-Aids (various sizes)
• Neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment
• Advil or Ibuprofen tablets (to reduce swelling and pain)
• Thermometer
• Cold packs
• Antacid tablets or liquid
• Heating pad
• Nighttime cold medicine (Theraflu/Nyquil)
• Antibacterial soap
• Antibacterial wipes
• Hydrocortisone cream (itching/swelling relief)
• Benadryl cream and Benadryl tablets
• First Aid cream for burns or minor cuts
• Q-tips
• Throat lozenges
• Aspirin (to reduce fever/toothaches)
