If you're already an active club and are curious about the resources available to you, check out the list below for pertinent information as you start thinking about the types of events your group wants to bring to the Oakwood campus. You'll find information here about co-sponsorship, and tips and tricks for successful programming.

How to Register your Club or Organization
It is required at the beginning of every school year that every campus organization is registered with the Office of Student Activities.

Handbook - Clubs and Organization Handbook

To be registered, the organization must have on file:

• Names of its officers and sponsor(s).
• A fully developed constitution or a statement of its purpose and objectives.

Organizations failing to register are to be denied the use of all campus facilities and are not to be included in the co-curricular program of the University nor are they to represent the University publicly on or off the Oakwood University campus.

Individual students who violate the policy of campus organizations will be subject to discipline and will be referred to the University Judiciary Committee for appropriate action.
