SUPPORT THE RUNNING FOR SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM

Dr. Delbert W. Baker, president of Oakwood University, has a goal to complete a marathon (26.2 miles) in all 50 states and on every continent. In preparation for the races he follows the CREATION Health lifestyle developed by Florida Hospital, which underwrites expenses for the marathons each month.

As of October 2008, he has run in 33 states and all 7 continents. You will be able to see his progress as he tackles the remaining states.

Why is he doing this?

To partner with Oakwood University's alumni, friends, and supporters to raise money for student scholarships and to build the OU Endowment.

Here's how you can help.

Make a generous gift according to one of the following categories:

$1.00 per mile = $26.20
$10.00 per mile = $262.00
$100.00 per mile = $2,620.00
$1,000 per mile = $26,200.00
